Being a boss does not mean that all your decision must be correct! In the case of Elon Musk Twitter, the company is now asking some employees to return just days after slashing its workforce in half, according to Bloomberg.

According to two sources within the company, Twitter management has realized it either let some workers go by mistake or without realizing their experience was critical to building the features Elon Musk wants to bring to the platform.

Casey Newton of Platformer was the first to report on the company’s plans, sharing messages from one of the company’s internal Slack channels. According to one post, the company is looking for Android and iOS developers.

A decision to rehire some employees would cap off a tumultuous weekend at Twitter. The company began laying off approximately 3,800 employees on Friday, decimating teams across the board, including those in charge of developing new accessibility features.
