In the United States, Meta has completed the rollout of support for non-fungible tokens, or NFTs. Earlier this year, the company began allowing select creators in the country to display their tokens on Facebook and Instagram.

However, everyone in the United States can now display their collections on both platforms, whether they’re NFTs they’ve created and are selling or items they’ve purchased from creators.
Those who have both social media apps can cross-post their digital collectibles from one app to the other, eliminating the need to share them twice.
Furthermore, the ability to post NFT collections to Instagram is now available to users in 100 countries. The social network first announced plans to expand the feature’s availability to countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas in August.
This is probably not good news for people who dislike NFTs or are concerned about their environmental impact. However, it appears that Meta is set on incorporating them into its platforms as part of its journey to create the metaverse it envisions.
A user must have a supported digital wallet installed on their device to be able to display their collection, which includes Rainbow, Trust Wallet, Dapper, Coinbase Wallet, and MetaMask.

They must then connect their wallet to one or both apps by visiting the “digital collectibles” tab in their app settings. They’ll be able to view their collectibles through the Facebook or Instagram app and share their NFTs to their feed once they’ve linked their wallets.
