Following a leak last week, Microsoft has launched the Game Pass Friend & Family service in Ireland, which offers the same benefits as Game Pass Ultimate for you and four others for €22 ($22) per month.

This is less than double the Game Pass Friend & Family Ultimate price for one person (€13), and works out to €4.40 ($4.40) per month. Even better, it’s not limited to family, and the only requirement is that all four members live in the same country.
So far, it has only reached two countries, but that could change soon. “We are currently testing this strategy in Colombia and the Republic of Ireland. Future countries and regions may be added in the coming months “According to Microsoft’s FAQ.
Users in those countries who already have a Game Pass Ultimate plan will have their remaining days pro-rated based on the price difference.
That is, for every 30 days of Game Pass Ultimate, you will receive 18 days of Game Pass Friends & Family, whereas 30 days of Xbox Game Pass or Live Gold will provide you with 12 days. 30 days of EA Play entitles you to six days of Game Pass Friends & Family.
In the United States, Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass costs $10 per month, while Game Pass Ultimate costs $15 per month and includes multiplayer capabilities.
