Logitech has introduced the Logitech Pen, a new stylus designed specifically for K-12 students. It is Works with Chromebooks certified and will work with touchscreen Chromebooks that support the Universal Stylus Initiative (USI) standard.
Google joined other supporters like Intel and Lenovo in their quest to create an open active stylus standard in 2018, and a slew of manufacturers have released USI-compatible Chromebooks since then.

The Logitech Pen is compatible with models from Lenovo, Acer, HP, Asus, and Samsung. “Given that students and educators are increasingly using Chromebooks as an everyday tool in schools and at home.
“We created the Logitech Pen to unlock the full potential of Chromebooks in the classroom,” said Michele Hermann, Vice President of Mobility and Head of Education Solutions at Logitech.
The Logitech Pen has a silicone grip, a non-slip design, and is small enough for children to hold comfortably. Its active tip has 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity — the same as the Surface Slim Pen 2.
And can simulate writing on paper more accurately than a rubber-tipped stylus or a finger can. The Logitech Pen does not need to be paired beforehand, so students can simply pick it up and use it.

With regular school use, the Pen’s battery can last up to 15 days and can be charged with a standard USB-C charger.
Furthermore, because it is intended for students, it is spill-proof and has military-grade drop protection of up to four feet. It will be available for $65 from resellers in the United States and select markets later this month.
