Fortnite Chapter 2 has only recently concluded, but that hasn’t stopped sleuths from speculating on what Chapter 3 will bring. According to Kotaku, the game’s official Polish YouTube channel briefly shared a Chapter 3 trailer revealing many of the battery royale brawler’s planned changes.

Expect a new island (as well as new characters like Gears of War’s Marcus and Kait, as well as Spider-Man — there even appears to be web-swinging like in Insomniac’s Spider-Man games, not to mention locales like the Daily Bugle).
Chapter 3 will include new mechanics as well as new weapons and items. You can slide (as seen in the Chapter 2 finale) and set up camps to heal your squad as well as stash items for future matches.
There’s even a hint of celebrity: The Foundation, a character voiced by Dwayne Johnson, will carry over from the Chapter 2 shutdown.
It’s unclear when Chapter 3 will be released. However, as the previous chapter came to an end, Epic was not afraid to repeat history and kick players out of Fortnite. Chapter 2 ended on a high note, with The Foundation assisting in the defeat of a Cube Queen invasion and flipping the entire island upside-down.
